Terms of Use

The terms that govern access to and use of Korea Perp, including eligibility, user responsibilities, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Agreement

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Korea Perp. By accessing the website, connecting a wallet, accepting risk disclosures, approving an agent wallet, approving a builder fee, depositing assets, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, are not eligible, or do not understand the risks, you must not use the service.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions, export-control restrictions, asset freezes, or other legal prohibitions that would make your use unlawful.
  • You must use the service only for your own account and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Non-custodial interface

Korea Perp provides an interface to third-party blockchain and market infrastructure. Korea Perp does not custody user funds, control user wallets, guarantee settlement, operate the underlying Hyperliquid protocol, or provide a securities brokerage account.

Transactions may be executed, rejected, settled, liquidated, or otherwise processed by third-party protocols, wallets, RPCs, validators, bridges, token contracts, and APIs outside Korea Perp's control.

Third-party services and terms

  • Your use of wallets, Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, USDC, bridges, RPC providers, market data providers, CDNs, and other infrastructure is subject to their own rules, terms, fees, and failures.
  • Korea Perp is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, security incidents, sanctions decisions, token controls, protocol governance, validator actions, or data errors.
  • Korea Perp does not endorse and is not endorsed by any referenced company, securities exchange, digital asset protocol, token issuer, wallet, or infrastructure provider.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for wallet security, device security, private keys, seed phrases, wallet extensions, approvals, revocations, and all actions signed by your wallet or approved agent.
  • You are responsible for reviewing order previews, market status, fees, leverage, collateral, liquidation risk, and trade direction before submitting any transaction.
  • You are responsible for monitoring open positions, margin, funding, market status, orders, fills, liquidations, and protocol notices through Korea Perp, Hyperliquid, or another compatible interface.
  • You are responsible for taxes, records, compliance, and independent legal, financial, and technical review.

Prohibited conduct

  • Do not use the service for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, front-running, abusive automation, or exploitation of bugs.
  • Do not attempt to bypass jurisdiction controls, rate limits, security controls, monitoring, or operational kill switches.
  • Do not interfere with the service, infrastructure, data feeds, user wallets, or third-party protocols.

Fees, approvals, and orders

You authorize the protocol and relevant third parties to charge applicable trading fees, builder fees, gas costs, token-transfer costs, funding payments, liquidation-related costs, and other costs shown or referenced by the interface or protocol.

Order previews are estimates. A preview does not guarantee execution, price, fill size, liquidation price, funding, fees, market availability, or final protocol state.

No protected account or insurance

Korea Perp does not provide a bank deposit, securities account, futures commission merchant account, clearing account, trust account, custodial account, or insured account.

No deposit insurance, securities investor protection, derivatives clearing protection, government compensation, private insurance, or recovery fund applies to Korea Perp merely because you use the interface.

No advice or fiduciary duty

Korea Perp does not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on the website is a recommendation, solicitation, offer, research report, fiduciary communication, or personalized advice.

Assumption of risk and release

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the service, connected wallets, approved agents, digital assets, stablecoins, bridges, Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, market data, and perpetual derivatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Korea Perp and its contributors from claims arising from market losses, liquidation, protocol behavior, wallet actions, third-party services, regulatory restrictions, user error, or unsupported use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korea Perp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korea Perp and its contributors are not liable for trading losses, liquidation, missed opportunities, taxes, data errors, wallet compromise, protocol failures, bridge failures, oracle failures, downtime, regulatory restrictions, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, or loss of profits.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korea Perp and its contributors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your tax obligations, your wallet or agent actions, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Electronic records and signatures

You consent to receive documents, notices, disclosures, and updates electronically through the website or other electronic channels. Your wallet connection, checkbox acknowledgement, typed-data signature, transaction signature, or continued use may serve as electronic evidence of consent.

Korea Perp may retain acceptance records, audit logs, request metadata, and versioned disclosure evidence for compliance, security, dispute handling, and operational purposes.

Individual dispute resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, representative, private attorney general, or mass action.

This clause does not limit any non-waivable rights that applicable law gives you. Operator-specific governing law, forum, and arbitration terms should be finalized by qualified counsel before broad public launch.

Intellectual property

The Korea Perp interface, text, design, code, names, and marks are owned by or licensed to the operator, except for third-party names, marks, protocols, and data. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the service as permitted by these Terms.

Force majeure

Korea Perp is not responsible for delay, failure, suspension, loss, or unavailability caused by events beyond reasonable control, including market events, protocol failures, network outages, chain reorganizations, validator failures, cyberattacks, legal changes, sanctions, cloud failures, wallet failures, RPC failures, and acts of government.

Changes, suspension, and termination

Korea Perp may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, market, jurisdiction, approval flow, order path, fee configuration, or document at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms and disclosures.

The operator may restrict access or disable trading when required for compliance, security, market integrity, operational stability, or risk control.
