Fees and Execution Policy

How order previews, execution, builder-fee approval, protocol fees, app fees, deposit costs, and order limitations work in the current Korea Perp interface.

Fees

  • Hyperliquid protocol trading fees are determined by Hyperliquid's fee schedule and may change outside Korea Perp's control.
  • Korea Perp may request a builder-fee approval. The current production configuration should be reviewed in the app and environment settings before trading.
  • The current app-fee estimate may be shown in USDC before order submission, but final charged amounts can differ because of fills, market movement, rounding, fee-tier changes, or protocol behavior.
  • Deposits, withdrawals, token transfers, RPC use, bridge activity, wallet operations, and gas may create additional costs outside Korea Perp.

Approvals

  • The master wallet signs the wallet connection and required Hyperliquid approvals.
  • The approveAgent flow authorizes an API wallet, also called an agent wallet, so the browser-local session agent can sign supported trading actions without requiring a master-wallet popup for every order.
  • The approveBuilderFee flow approves a maximum builder fee for the configured builder address.
  • You should review wallet prompts carefully and revoke approvals you no longer want.

Order handling

  • Korea Perp is not a broker and does not provide best execution, routing discretion, guaranteed liquidity, guaranteed price improvement, or guaranteed order acceptance.
  • New-position orders are submitted as slippage-limited immediate-or-cancel limit orders in the current implementation.
  • Immediate-or-cancel orders can fill fully, fill partially, or cancel without a fill.
  • Reduce-only close orders are intended to reduce or close an existing position, but final behavior depends on protocol state and successful execution.

No emergency trading commitment

  • Korea Perp does not guarantee continuous order entry, cancellation, close-position functionality, stop-loss functionality, take-profit functionality, liquidation warnings, or emergency support.
  • If Korea Perp is unavailable, degraded, restricted, or paused, you remain responsible for managing risk through Hyperliquid or another compatible interface.
  • Korea Perp may pause deposits, approvals, order previews, new orders, close orders, specific markets, or all trading when risk controls, compliance controls, or operational controls require it.

Previews and confirmations

Order previews are estimates generated before execution. A preview can become stale immediately. You must re-check amount, direction, leverage, market, fees, and liquidation risk before submitting.

The interface may require extra confirmation for higher-risk trades or may disable optional confirmation skipping through configuration.

Failures and reversibility

  • Orders, deposits, approvals, and transfers may fail, time out, be rejected, be delayed, or become irreversible once signed or submitted.
  • Blockchain and protocol transactions usually cannot be cancelled, reversed, or recovered by Korea Perp after they are accepted by the relevant network or protocol.
  • If the app, API, wallet, RPC, or Hyperliquid is unavailable, you may need to manage positions directly through Hyperliquid or another compatible interface.
