Product Disclosure

A plain-English description of what Korea Perp offers, what it does not offer, and how supported stock-like perpetual markets are presented.

Nature of the service

Korea Perp provides a web interface for selected USDC-settled perpetual derivative markets deployed on Hyperliquid. The current interface supports selected stock-like perpetual exposures on the XYZ DEX, subject to market availability and operator configuration.

The interface is non-custodial. Users connect their own wallet, sign required approvals with that wallet, and retain control of their wallet credentials and assets.

What you are trading

  • You are not buying or selling Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Hyundai Motor, Tesla, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, or any other listed share.
  • You do not receive dividends, voting rights, shareholder rights, corporate action rights, securities account protection, or ownership of the referenced company.
  • A perpetual derivative is a contract-like market exposure that can be long or short, can use leverage, and can be liquidated if margin is insufficient.
  • All displayed references to companies, stocks, or tickers are product labels for derivative exposure, not an offer to buy or sell securities.

No issuer, exchange, or regulator affiliation

  • Korea Perp is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by any referenced company, securities exchange, securities market, Hyperliquid validators, Arbitrum, Circle, or any wallet provider.
  • Company names, tickers, logos, and market references belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the referenced economic exposure.
  • Korea Perp makes no representation that any product is registered, approved, licensed, exempt, or lawful for any user or jurisdiction.

Supported market parameters

  • Collateral currency: USDC.
  • Application leverage cap: 3x, even if the underlying protocol allows a higher maximum.
  • Order style: slippage-limited immediate-or-cancel limit orders for new positions and reduce-only closing orders where applicable.
  • Minimum Hyperliquid trading balance check: 10 USDC in the current implementation.
  • Deposit helper: Arbitrum native USDC deposit flow, when enabled by the operator.

Market data

Prices, candles, percentage changes, and status labels are derived from Hyperliquid and related live market data services when live mode is enabled. They may be delayed, unavailable, stale, incorrect, or different from prices shown by other venues.

The referenced cash equity market may be closed while the perpetual market remains open. The derivative price may diverge from the latest cash-market reference, especially during volatile or illiquid periods.

Equity events and market structure

  • Referenced companies may have earnings releases, dividends, stock splits, mergers, spin-offs, trading halts, holidays, circuit breakers, and regulatory events.
  • The derivative market may handle these events differently from the cash equity market, and adjustments may be delayed, unavailable, disputed, or reflected through funding, mark price, settlement, or protocol parameter changes.
  • Weekend, overnight, and holiday sessions can create gap risk when referenced cash markets reopen.

No recommendation

Korea Perp does not recommend any position, direction, leverage level, order size, holding period, or trading strategy. Any charts, balances, buttons, previews, or labels are interface information only.
