Privacy Notice

Data we may process

• Wallet address, connected-account state, jurisdiction result, risk-disclosure acceptance status, terms version, and timestamps.
• Hashed or truncated IP-related and user-agent information used for jurisdiction, abuse prevention, audit evidence, and operational security.
• Order previews, order identifiers, market selections, position snapshots, balance snapshots, and audit events required to operate, debug, and evidence the service.
• Browser-local session agent material, settings, and temporary UI state stored on your device where the application uses local storage or IndexedDB.

Data we do not intentionally collect

• Seed phrases.
• Master wallet private keys.
• Plaintext private keys intended for permanent server storage.
• Passwords for a Korea Perp account, because the current interface does not use Korea Perp account passwords.

How data is used

• To provide onboarding, jurisdiction gating, readiness checks, market views, order previews, deposits, approvals, and portfolio displays.
• To enforce restricted-jurisdiction controls, risk-disclosure acceptance, rate limits, kill switches, and audit requirements.
• To debug incidents, detect abuse, measure service health, and maintain evidence for canary and production operations.

Legal and safety disclosures

Korea Perp may preserve, review, or disclose non-public operational records when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, sanctions screening, abuse prevention, incident response, legal process, dispute handling, or protection of users and infrastructure.

Third parties

Your wallet provider, browser, RPC provider, Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, USDC issuer infrastructure, CDN, hosting provider, and monitoring/logging systems may process data independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses can be public, permanent, and linkable. Korea Perp cannot delete or alter public blockchain records.

Security and retention

Korea Perp applies operational redaction for sensitive payloads where implemented, but no internet-connected system is risk-free. You should assume that wallet addresses and public transaction data can be observed by third parties.

Operational records are retained as long as reasonably needed for compliance, security, audit evidence, debugging, dispute handling, and service operation, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law.

User choices

• You can stop using the service, disconnect your wallet, clear local browser data, and revoke applicable wallet or protocol approvals where supported.
• You may request review or deletion of non-public operational records where legally available and technically feasible, but public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Korea Perp.
