Read before using the service
Korea Perp is a non-custodial trading interface for USDC-settled perpetual derivative markets on Hyperliquid. The service is not a stock brokerage account, securities exchange, bank, custodian, investment adviser, or tax adviser.
Before connecting a wallet, approving an agent wallet, approving a builder fee, depositing USDC, or submitting an order, you must review the documents linked below and decide whether the service is appropriate for you.

Acceptance
- By checking the risk acknowledgement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Restricted Jurisdictions notice, Product Disclosure, and Fees and Execution Policy.
- You certify that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or otherwise accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction.
- You acknowledge that perpetual derivatives are high-risk products and that you can lose the full amount of collateral you place at risk.
- You agree that your electronic acknowledgement may be recorded with your wallet address, terms version, timestamp, jurisdiction result, and operational audit evidence.
No protection scheme
- Korea Perp accounts are not bank accounts, securities brokerage accounts, futures commission merchant accounts, or insured custodial accounts.
- No regulator, clearing fund, investor compensation scheme, deposit insurance scheme, issuer, exchange, or government authority guarantees your trades, collateral, profits, losses, withdrawals, or access to the service.
- Korea Perp does not guarantee that the service, Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, USDC, wallets, RPC providers, or market data providers will remain available, solvent, secure, lawful, or error-free.
